Intimate session of releasing, grounding and balancing for the feminine Body, Mind and Soul.

 

Vaginal steaming has proven to regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce the pain and clotting, diminish the PMS, heal endometriosis, balance the emotions and bring deep emotional release.

 

From holistic standpoint it is also very important part of cutting the emotional and energetic bond from an ex sexual partner.

These energy knots/imprints are tangible.

As energy doesn’t disappear, but transforms, it is studied and proven that such energy knots can manifest in form of a cyst, firbroid or tumor.

 

Most women I spoke to, experienced hard time detaching from an ex partner/lover, sometimes it was resulting in low energy, mood swings, self esteem issues. In some cases even developing tumors or cysts as a result of psychological, emotional and physical ( energetic) burden accumulated after partners and even non intimate relationships.

 

Vaginal steaming has 5000 years old roots, earliest mention is found in Ayurvedic ( Indian medicine) scriptures ( to my knowledge).

I myself was being given this treatment as a child, teenager and practise it till this day. As a grown woman I rarely experience any PMS or menstrual pain. It only comes as slightly hightened sensitivity to stimuli. No anger, no sadness, no mood swings, no bloating.

As for the pain – I feel gentle cramp, but it is not painful, just a sensation.

My cycles are 30 days, with two days bleeding, two to three days light staining.

I experienced whole range of emotional and physical benefits from regular Yoni Steaming.

 

Im delighted to share the wisdom and benefits of this practise with the circle of women, and now that I’ve been asked to bring it again – here it is.

 

IMPORTANT:

Period, pregnancy or having any metal inserts are a definite contraindications for Yoni Streaming.

 

 

HOW TO PREPARE ?

 

If it’s possible, free up your whole day. Have a relaxing bath, light meal. Treat this day as your self care day.

 

If it’s not feasible, then just after finishing your daily activities , have a shower or bath, light meal, relax.

 

Dress comfortably, keeping in mind that you will squat, so a gown or a long dress or simply naked from the waist down, as our cameras will be off for the steaming part of the Circle.

 

Have a warm drink before or during our online meeting. Preferably nothing stimulating like coffee or tea. Choose something herbal or fruity or just warm water with honey and lemon.

 

We will start with meet and greet, then I will conduct an attunement using breath work and tuning forks frequencies.

 

We will proceed then, with a short but relaxing and softening Tantra Yoga session to prepare you for the Yoni Streaming Meditation.

 

Now we will take a break to prepare our herbal infusion for Yoni Streaming.

If you ever done it before choose the herbs and amount you used before or the herbs of your choice. If you have any questions – contact me.

 

If it’s your first time, please contact me to have a short consultation to determine which herbs and how much to use. I will send you the herbs if they wouldn’t be available for you to obtain otherwise.

 

Put your herbs in a big ( not plastic) cup or small cooking pot and steep in boiled water for 10 minutes covered.

Then transfer it into your bowl and top up with a little bit of hot water if need be. We aim to end up with 700 ml – 1 liter of steeped herbal infusion.

Then we will wait a moment for the steam to cool off.

 

 

The amount of liquid in your bowl has to be comfortable for you to be able to carry your bowl without spilling.

 

The bowl itself has to be of circumference comfortable for you to squat over it.

 

Use preferably a metal or glass bowl.

 

IMPORTANT:

The steam has to be very warm/warm but NOT HOT.

You need to be able to hold your hand comfortably in the steam without burning your hand ! That’s how you will check if your steam isn’t too hot and ONLY then you will squat over it. If it’s too hot for your hand, then wait a bit more for it to cool off,then check again.

 

I will check in with you at each step of the process before we commence the Yoni Steaming.

 

For the Yoni Steaming part we will turn our cameras off, to allow complete intimacy and comfort. While I will guide a Womb Meditation.
